Smart & IoT
Smart furniture that measures the local conditions in the space.
Our modular elements bring together urban greening, living space and an IoT system for monitoring environmental conditions. The sensors are integrated into the furniture itself, powered by solar energy, and the read data is displayed on the built-in display.
The goal is not just to show the numbers, but to show through continuous comparison with a reference point how the landscaping, greenery and furniture configuration affect local conditions — that is, to verify the concept of the microclimate zone.
What do we measure?
The system monitors particles in the air and basic microclimate parameters:
How does the system work?
From measurable references to the effects of a green microclimate
Sensors in the furniture continuously collect data on air quality and microclimatic conditions in the living area.
The solar power supply enables more independent operation of the system outdoors, without the need for a permanent connection to the electrical grid.
The integrated display shows current data to users on the spot. Clearly and immediately visible.
Comparison with a reference point gives meaning to the measurement.
Data from the furniture zone is compared with data from a pre-defined reference location, in order to monitor the relative relationship between the arranged and the reference space.
Analysis over time allows observing differences during the day, season, weather changes and different modes of space use.

Example
On an area of 800 m² of heat island, a network of 50 basic pieces of furniture can provide a total of 80–100 m² of distributed microclimate zones under the shade.
